Don't call it a comeback

I was never gone, I just haven't been able to ride outside!
Sunday was my first ride since my shoulder popped out of its socket 8 weeks ago.
We opted for a short road ride, starting at West Family Restaurant to avoid the tourist traffic that is here now. The horses and cows out on Tom Bell Road looked at us, but opted not to race us. No loose dogs to chase us so that made me happy.
The little climb out on Tom Bell was was actually easier then it was in the winter months. Maybe its the weather, cold weather kills my lungs. Got to love 80 degree weather on a June afternoon.
Babyland General is building a huge new "hospital", and the mountain views from their lot are beautiful. Still under construction, but as you can see, its looking pretty good!
There's an overgrown greenhouse to the left of where I am standing. Daylilys of all colors and iris growing wild thru the weeds, as well as some flowering purple vine.

Hope to get some more rides in this week, and expand on the route. If you have a bike and don't ride it, shame on you! Get out there and see what you're missing!
