Heh, that's a good one. I like it. We just spent two weeks in Legislation class talking about this. The short answer is that there there are statutes that require some donation and lobbying disclosures, but there are First Amendment concerns that require the law be focused. A requirement like you suggest would probably be struck down by the supreme court as unconstitutionally chilling the speech of those who did not pay because they did not want their logos displayed and unconstitutionally forcing those who did to display theirs.
The primary opponents of disclosure laws like you suggest are Republican senate minority leader Mitch McConnell and on the court Justices Scalia and Thomas who would strike down any law that requires a federal office holder from disclosing who gave him money or talked to him.
